Ryota Kanda and Taiki Kitade Receive ICNS-14 Best Student Awards

Ryota Kanda, a first-year doctoral student, and Taiki Kitade, a second-year master’s student, both in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Information Engineering, received Best Student Awards at ICNS-14 on November 17, 2023.

The awards recognized their outstanding student research presentations in nitride semiconductor science and technology.
